0:40.3	Thank you, Craig. Yeah, so you probably never seen Mike because Mike has always been behind the scenes, but Mike you built a fitness empire.

0:50.0	Sure, some of my main companies, I Raleigh Marketing and that goes back to selling my first book

1:01.2	Over a million copies, kind of phased out in like 2012. did the truth
1:07.0	truth change?
1:09.0	Well, the truth has changed a little bit.
1:11.0	Yeah.
1:12.0	But yeah, I ended up just transitioning some other things. I bought a company
1:16.3	called Paleoh Hax. I bought another company called Paleo Plan. I started investing in health and
1:21.1	nutrition startups.
1:23.0	Started getting equity in other companies in alternative health,
1:27.0	nutrition, fitness, things like that.
1:29.0	And now I'm more of an investor, advisor, and sort of operator of the business as opposed to sort of a one-man show back 10 years ago.
