It's time for Brad Thomas as we get to the Belmont tomorrow.

All right. What can you say that's at least not highly critical,

or at least somewhat complimentary about this field tomorrow?

Well, I think it's a great betting race. I think it's very competitive.

So that's, I mean, that's a good thing.

Benning finances everybody's job in the game, so that's a good thing.

Yeah, so it's an odd race, obviously. It's probably the least credentialed group we've seen in Belmont, so it'll be interesting from that standpoint. So let's run down, because these are horses that nobody knows. You'll be the only one in the world and knows half of them. All right. Twisted Tom. Mike, he's a big, growthy horse.

He's improved with experience, dirt distance, and blinkers,

but he simply never has performed in a matter that suggests he could be competitive in even this

weak grade one. Still, trainer Chad Brown does not waste horses start. He clearly believes that

more distance is this horse's friend.

He has him fully cranked off, 49 days of rest and buildup.

And remember looking at Lee before the derby, Steve Aspenson, very shrewd, sharp trainer, always said distance will help this horse.

Brown is saying the same thing with Twisted Tom.
