Good. You know, obviously you caused quite a stir

with your proclamation, and how has it been received inside your league? Which proclamation was that?

You know, about all your changes that you wanted to make. Oh, it's interesting.

I think on one hand, people know we need to make changes

and that you can't stay static,

that we need to innovate just like every other business,

but people also are afraid of change.

And I think some of these ideas that have been floating around for years, for example,

in-season tournament, potentially receding teams as we go into the finals.

That's one of the concepts we're talking about and a play in tournament.

All of those concepts have been floated. We've looked at a

million different permutations of them. And now I see an opportunity to move forward with the

75th anniversary coming in 21-22 season. Sort of what I'm putting out there is let's try some of

these things. And we don't have to make the change is permanent, at least initially.

Let's, and let's, until I think until you actually, in real game conditions, try these different formats,

we're not going to really know.

We have a G-League, so we can experiment there with different things.
