0:56.1	rough years for Carolina. I mean, there's really no way to sugarcoat that. Three and nine and
1:00.9	06, four and eight and oh seven. But I wanted to start this discussion off since you guys have
1:07.3	been on the team when the team has struggled to begin with tell us and e.J
1:14.5	start with you since Mike always gets to talk on these things and uh don makes a conversation
1:19.3	we love you Mike but e.J I'm going to start with you man how does a losing streak impact the players on an individual basis? And then what
1:29.7	does it do to you as a team? I'll say on an individual basis, it kind of, it kind of lets you off the
1:35.4	hook a little bit. I know just speaking for myself, being a red shirt, freshman in 06, just really
1:40.1	coming from my standpoint, it kind of feels like it lets you off the hook a little bit because you see, and that was kind of the culture then. You see a lot of the guys kind of start to slack off
1:48.3	as far as their discipline in the weight room as far as making sure they're doing the things they
1:51.9	need to do to be ready, make sure they need to do the things as far as class. It just became a
1:56.2	real lax environment and it was nothing that was going to breed, breed any winning. So as a young
2:02.3	player, it kind of made me slack off a little bit. And as a team, it can go a couple different
2:08.4	ways. I think that it can build resiliency. It can also bring you closer together. I know for me and
