but how to live these long healthy existences.

I still see myself as a white belt in the game. There's so much more for me to learn and continue to do.

It's springtime here in the UK and it's nice not to see snow everywhere which is probably

what you're seeing if you're coming at us from the

US especially the East Coast and I know it's going to be a crazy summer here I'm already

getting the feeling and the vibe of what it's going to be like. I must say England in the summertime is something

very special and it makes all the rain and madness kind of worth it when you're here.
