We are getting set for Nick Spurs Wednesday night, game one of the NBA finals.

Now, if you go way back, like 26 years ago, Mike Brown was on the Spurs staff, was there

when they won a title in 03, and he says, loves San Antonio, loves the Spurs, loves Greg Popovich.

Got a lot of respect for the organization for, you know, for a lot of different reasons I worked there, but obviously you have an opportunity to work for the organization for you know for a lot of different reasons I've worked there but

obviously have an opportunity to work for him have an opportunity to win a championship or being

part of a championship while there and then my family being down there too reminds me at good

times all right so that's all well and good but make make no mistake. They definitely want to beat me, and I want to kick their ass. There you go. All right. Now we're talking, all right, good. Mike Brown. You think about Joan Brunson and the Villanova Nix, and you think about Stefan Castle and winning the national championship with Yukon. I mean, there's a lot of championship, great quality, young NBA players in this final

series.

You think about just the intensity that they're all going to bring to this.

Yeah.

I mean, it's going to be amazing.

It's going to be the first NBA finals I've cared about in a very long time.

You wouldn't be both. Yep. Here was your guy, OG An Anobi. This was from Saturday. Talking about, you know, after they won the Eastern Conference finals, their celebration was brief. Yeah, it was that night, and that night only. Yeah. The flight home and everything, get home, wake up, it was a brand new day, it was back to work, so we all got back to work, and, you know, we were just preparing. Now, part of that preparing is to not come out flat in game one and to be ready to go right from the opening jump. Here was more Ananobe. I mean, we understand what happened last time we had a layoff like this, so we're just trying to be better than we were last time than approaching it better and preparing better than last time. You know, we obviously are making tweaks to not have a kind of the same rust that we hit in game one last time. And so they will face the spurs. Here is Josh Hart on the opponent. We were one-on-one against them in the series. Guys are in, guys are out, you know what I mean?

So it's totally different. They're playing at a very high level. So we've got to make sure we're

prepared and locked into focus for, no, our game plan and executing that.
