Mike, what was your deal?

I know it wasn't boating, but were you floating or something?

I was terrified the hell out of you to the point where you'll never do it again?

Yeah, I was floating the river with my brother-in-law.

He had a wooded area out and behind his parents' house that is we would run a couple cars down to the Green River crossing

down there off of 169 I think is where it's at. Nice. And we would just stage a car down there,

stage the truck down there, run it all the way back up to his folks place. And then we would park

there and we would walk about, I don't know, half hour, 45 minutes down to a higher up spot on

Green River and we

would float on down.

That's what we would do during the summertime all the time.

And it was a fun time.

We had a great old time and we tried to get it to when the river was a little bit higher

because we would bottom out a little bit too much if it got too low.

Sure.

And my brother-in-law're riding on the same tube. It's one of those really big ones that can tow behind a boat.

And as we're floating on down there, the water's moving fairly quickly.

And we're moving up to a fallen tree that's kind of, it's still off to the side, but it's kind of hanging up and over the water there.

And so my dumb ass, I think here's what we're going to, here's how we're going to be able to bypass this thing because we can't try to stroke our way out.

You're not going to happen, right?

So here's what we're going to do is we're going to get our feet out in front of us.

My plan is we are going to land our feet on this tree and then we were going to try to walk or maybe like, you know, Hayakow it around there to we'll be able to do that. I did not think about this particular angle of it, is that when you put your feet up against it and now it stops, well, that water still has to move.
