So Renato, the Supreme Court has issued an administrative stay on the Texas

judges ruling banning the abortion medication Mifopressone, and the parties have been ordered to file

their briefs today on that case.

And this is kind of a complicated case.

You and I have gone back and forth

and we've been consulting our colleagues

who are Supreme Court watchers and experts

and trying to understand all of the procedural complexities

that have brought us to this point.

So I feel like it would be helpful to our listeners to kind of walk through what's happened, how it's

happened, why it's significant that in kind of leading up to where we are today. What do you think?

Yeah, it makes a lot of sense. I mean, I think the first question in everyone's mind is,
