Ever wondered how the sky changes from light to dark blue,

from brilliant shades of red to that purple hue?

0:30.8

Or maybe you find the sky a little bit done.

It's there all the time.

1:42.9

your kidney is making, is dissolved in the water so it

1:46.1

looks clear. When you've not had a lot of water and you're dehydrated, you're still making

1:51.3

1:55.6

nothing for it to dissolve into because you've not had enough water, so it comes straight out

1:59.6

without being filtered. It comes straight out without being filtered.

2:01.7

It comes straight out bright yellow. So that is why your wee is yellow and the general rule is

2:08.4

if your pee is yellow, you need to drink more water. I think the general rule for drinking is
