The punch list starts at the beginning of the job for me.

And everything that you need to do, you just keep adding to this list

and you keep taking it off every day that you get something done.

The Punch List is not something that you feel you've closed the job out and you walk through

and you punch it out.

The Punch List is created every single day of this project from commencement through completion.
