maybe it's my job as a father and as a parent and as a business owner to try and start instilling those principles in my children and making sure that there's somewhere in the middle there where yeah I'm coachable but I'm also firm and I'm confident in myself to know

enough recently that the entire track was pretty deep sand

2:16.8

so it was a lot of fun probably not as much for the kids and Rachel's dad with that much deep sand

2:25.0

but I had a lot of fun. We stayed there until mid-morning,

2:29.0

I guess right around lunchtime,

2:30.6
