Happy New Year and much more importantly, happy midterm election year because that is right.

It is 2026 and we're all sick of hearing this, but it also happens to be true.

We are getting ready for the most important election of our lifetime.

Now January is always a great month to refocus, get organized and make goals.

Hopefully everybody had a nice break over the holidays.

And this year, our collective goal has got to be taking back control

of both houses of Congress. Now, obviously, we have a better

chance in the House, but this could be a wave election year and the Senate is within Democrats'

reach. Regaining the majority in the legislative branch is our only real chance at curbing

the Trump regime's power and putting the

brakes on its crimes against the American people and the United States Constitution. Right now,

it is actually looking very hopeful. In late December, Democrats extended their run of special

election wins.

In Kentucky Senate District 37, Democratic candidate Gary Clemens got 73% of the votes,

that is a blowout victory against Republican Calvin Leach.

In 2024, Kamala Harris won the district by only five points.

So Republicans were holding out hope because that it was not quite within the margin of error,

but it was very close to being within the margin of error.

And yet, the Democrat absolutely trounced his Republican opponent.

Last year, Democrats capitalized on the Trump regime's failures and Donald's increasing on popularity, winning special elections around the country in diverse places, including

Virginia, New Jersey, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.

CBS News reports that the polls favor Democrats in the 2026 midterm so far.
