I'm feeling dumb today. I'm just yeah man I don't know what's going on with me I just woke up feeling stupid and I I've not

been doing a good job today I'm just not with it like it was like I you know what I do every I have a set

schedule and when I go teach it was my morning to teach it's always my morning to

teach this morning and 830 rolled around I was dressed and. Like I knew that I had to teach. I knew this. I had already prepared because I'd gotten up gotten dressed, gotten everything together. And then I was just like,

fucking off. And I was just like, oh yeah and so then like I remember that I have to go do this thing that I have to do every

single week multiple times a week and like then I, oh shit, I don't have my keys.

So all the stuff that I should figure out, and this is not a big deal, but like, it is just like

cascaded to all day.

I'm just like, my brain refuses to make sound choices or words today either. So I am really

looking forward to fumbling my way through this topic. I usually have to preface the days that I know this

is going to be a, I'm going to struggle and I feel like this is one of the ones that I'm going to struggle.

Is it because we are rocketing towards I'm going to struggle.
