Yo, what's going on?

It's Thursday, July 31st.

We have actual football today, but I'm not talking about the

preseason. I'm going to continue on with where we left off yesterday. By the way, this is the

rant. I'm Jeff. And yesterday I talked about running back to target in the middle and late

rounds. Essentially, if you're going to go hero or zero RB, these are the guys you

should go after. And honestly, even if you don't go zero or hero RB, even if you're more of a

value-based drafter, the profile that we go after running back in the middle and late rounds

is a high ceiling guy. Maybe not in week one or week two is this guy going to be a big fantasy producer but you go after

that guy to hopefully get a breakout as you get into the middle and especially the latter part of

the season because ultimately we win our fantasy championships at the end of the season now this year

it's uh it's it's technically December some years it'll be January but obviously because of Labor Day falling a little bit year, it's, uh, it's technically December. Some years it'll be January,

but obviously because of Labor Day falling a little bit earlier, whatever. It's December.

We hoist the trophy in week 17. Well, today I want to do the same thing at wide receiver.

And really the profile we're going after is similar. We don't want high floor, low ceiling guys.

We went high ceiling highs. And of course, where there is a

potential high ceiling, there's also a potential low floor. I mean, that is something that we have to

navigate, right? And I often say that if you can't handle downside, then don't chase upside. But it is

an important skill to have to be able to handle weeks that aren't necessarily amazing

out of these guys if you know their ceilings are high. Now sometimes they just don't pan out

and that's okay because we're going to take multiple shots at these guys, not just one. So when
