Well, as human beings, it seems we ought to care about what's going on all around the world, right?

And as Christians, it seems we should be especially interested in the ways God is moving in the Middle East and how we need to be praying for the people in the Middle East. Well, I can't think of two better people to hear from on what God is doing in the Middle East than my friends, Tom and Joanne Doyle. They've been precious friends for years. Kevin, I love them so much. And they are a go-to resource for many notable leaders on the Middle East, like Anne Graham Blotz,

Joel Rosenberg, and many others. Tom and Joanne's ministry in the Middle East is nothing short of

miraculous, and they've got boots on the ground and stories to tell. And they come to us today

with some great insights on what God is doing. I have read this quote before. It's from one of Tom's

books, but I feel like it

bears repeating for the context of today's conversation. He says this, there's no doubt about it.

We live in a dangerous world. But instead of motivating Christians in the West to action,

today's headlines appear to be paralyzing us. We're never called to live in fear. Even though

the times we're living and are frightening,

we are right on course of the very plan of God for this world. Things are not falling apart.
