Look, I think the first half was a great watch, actually.

I thought it was going to be a runaway, 14 nil up and then in all fairness to that First

Nation Pacific side the way they defended there were some unbelievable performances, put the

bodies on the line and really played for that jersey which I think they can be proud of.

Lions will be frustrated they had so many entries so much possession much territory, and they just didn't really convert anything. But I think that was more down to the Pacific, the first Pacific Nations team, because they did so many turnovers on the goal line. They held them up. They did pretty much everything. They played with no ball and then were clinical when they got it. So fair play to them, I think. After the first 10 minutes, we were sitting down

with our producer, I won't mention his name, Tom, and other guys. We were sitting around and after the

first 10 minutes, they scored a couple tries. And actually, these guys were Googling the biggest

lion's victory, getting very carried away very excited obviously

they came back they're only one but you know very narrowly is that worrying should we put them away

to pacific i think i think they adjusted quite well the uh this first nation's pacifica team

they were flying up and their lions were getting around the outside of them and it was just

sort of easy pickings and then with the when the interception came along they sort of shifted and they

started managing better reads and they caused a lot of havoc when they do that because lions

just couldn't resource breakdowns and they were they were prepared to go and go and fight for those
