Welcome back one and all to another day here at The Damage Board. I'm John Ida Rolla. I'm going to be flying solo today. It is John's solo. Not totally solo as always. Thankfully, I have you and I can see in the chat that I am not fully alone, which is awesome. Thank you for being here. Thank you everyone for not backing off of everything that's going on. I throw that

out there a lot. We are coming out of the No Kings weekend. So my faith in humanity, I'm not going to

like, I'm not going to say it's renewed or anything, but it's been stimulated a little bit

coming out of this week. And I, I want to stimulate you, America. And so

I'm going to point to some good news in terms of the polling, some good signs for the midterms.

That's going to be coming up later on the show. I'm going to be talking about how boycotts.

There's some boycotts that I think have been working. We've been covering the situation with Target for some time. We should actually check in to see if there's been any updates on that. It's been a bit since we talked about it. This time we're going to be talking about the recent boycotts of Disney Plus and Hulu and what effect that actually had. So that's going to be a lot of fun. So we're going to have a nice chunk of the show that's going to be about some positive and productive news. We're also going to make fun of ICE. They're apparently having trouble get like they they want racist and they're getting applicants and all that. But like they need the racist to be able to like do some sit-ups and stuff. And that's apparently where the racists are falling short.

I think America deserves a better class of racist than it's getting these days. And so we'll

be showing you the evidence of that later on, as well as more Nazi chats, more leaked Nazi chats.

Man, you know, I'm starting to think the things the left says about the right might actually be true. And that's all in the first hour. Coming up the aftermath, we got some fun stuff. We'll be talking more about George Santos. And so we'll definitely be having fun there, as well as Cash Patel. The leopard has come for his face now and he never could have seen it coming. So anyway, we have a lot to discuss. Definitely hit the like button and share the stream if you're on a platform where you can do that. And if you're watching live, you can send us your comments, your tweets, your super chats. And I'll try to respond to as many as I can as we go. But with all that said, I think it's time to start the show. Let's jump into this. Marjorie Green is out there warning the Republicans and Donald Trump that they are going to suffer in terms of the midterms if they don't fight against this perception that they are serving the elites of society. They're rich rather than average Americans. I mean, the issue for that is that they have always served the elites. That's the whole point.

They are themselves, all the elites. Marge is not at the point in her evolution where she can

admit some of these more foundational truths. But in terms of the strategy, she is coming out and

telling them, people think that you guys don't get how much people are hurting and it could be bad for you.

And I mean, she's not wrong. Like hell, that's why the Democrats lost in 2024 for better or for worse.

And things have gotten worse since then. So it seems like pretty good advice.

She did an interview with Semaphore where she said, I can't see them

into the future, but I see Republicans losing the house if Americans are continuing to go paycheck

to paycheck. They'll definitely be going into the midterms looking through the lens of their

bank account, which I think is definitely true. And I will say, we have been doing a lot of coverage

throughout the year, not only of how people are doing, but how things are getting worse. And we've been critiquing the specific moves that are being made by the Republicans to make things worse.
