Well, for today's prophecy update, I will not be talking about the so-called elephant

in the room concerning the presidential election.

As some of you may have heard, I don't know how you couldn't have, but it's not for the

reasons one might think.

The reason I'm not going to wade into those shark-infested waters is because of the fast-moving

situation in the Middle East.

And when I say fast-moving, I mean fast-moving.

It's that of Russia's game-changing move into Syria, which to me may in fact take the entire

world past the point of no return. Now, you'll forgive the provocative nature of that statement.

I don't mean for it to come off sensational, but last week's

developments concerning Russia and the United States vis-a-vis Syria have

profound prophetic ramifications. Before we proceed though, I need to make the presupposition that you're all

keenly aware of the prophecies in Isaiah 17 and Ezekiel 38, which we've been talking about

at length as of late.

And the reason is that both prophecies, specifically these two, are germane to our understanding

as we look at the geopolitical significance of what just happened this last week through

the lens of Bible prophecy. I almost wish in some ways I would have not overused game changing or game changer because in every sense of the word, this has the potential and the propensity to change everything.

I'll begin with the stunning news on Monday about Russia, telling its

citizens to, quote, prepare for nuclear war with the West. You heard me right. Quoting Yahoo News,

Russia has warned citizens that a nuclear war with

the West could be imminent. That's a pretty strong word. Sparked by clashes in the Middle

East. Zvezda, a nationwide TV service run by the country's Ministry of Defense, said last week, get this, quote,
