I'm Lou Dobbs with this great America show update. President Trump headed to Washington,

D.C. to face yet another indictment. President Trump is scheduled to appear at 4 p.m.

Eastern at the federal courthouse in the nation's capital. The Associated Press reporting he will

appear before Magistrate Judge Moxilla Upadaya for his initial appearance. The case will then later

be taken over by Obama appointed District Court Judge Tanya Chutkin, a former public defender,

the harshest sentencer, among all of the judges of the January 6th defendants, and importantly,

an Obama donor. President Trump posting the following message on his Truth Social account before

departing Bedminster New Jersey today, quote, look, it's not my fault that my political opponent

in the Democrat Party, Cricket Joe Biden has told his attorney general to charge the leading

by far Republican nominee and former President of the United States, me, with as many crimes as

can be concocted so that he's forced to spend large amounts of time and money to defend himself.

The Dems don't want to run against me or they would not be doing this unprecedented weaponization

of justice. But soon, in 2024, it will be our turn. Maga, in quote, he then followed up that

Truth Post with quote, I need one more indictment to ensure my election in quote. President Trump

still, with his sense of humor, shadow commander-in-chief Barack Obama, warning Biden of Trump's campaign

strengths, the Washington Post reports in a private lunch and late June between Obama and Biden,

Obama promised the puppet president he would do all he could to drive Biden's 2024 re-election

campaign that just might explain the three federal indictments against President Trump.

The Post says Obama reportedly expressed his concerns were not about Biden's political ability,
