for Thursday, September 5th.

Hunter Biden in court today for the first day his tax evasion trial.

The first son was indicted in December on three felony and six misdemeanor counts of failing to pay his taxes

over several years.

After pleading his innocence for months, Hunter now intends to change his plea from

not guilty to accepting a sentencing that would come from a guilty verdict. This is all according to the case. from not

This is all according to his attorney, Abby Lull.

Just so happens this is a federal case and Joe Biden is not running for re-election,

so a partner for his son is almost certain.

The guilty plea of course means there will be no trial and most importantly no discovery.

In the process of discovery all of Hunter's income would be under a microscope and any money that was sent to Joe Biden

would certainly be uncovered.
