Department of Labor releases disappointing jobs report.

Unemployment jumped to 3.8% in August hitting its highest number in 18 months.

Just 187,000 jobs added.

The Labor Department also revised law or June and July jobs numbers, law by more than 100,000

jobs.

The rising unemployment rate and slowing wage growth mean the Fed shouldn't be raising

interest rates this month, but with this Fed, you never know.
