This is Lou Dobbs with the Great America Show Midday Update for Saturday, October 28th.

Israel Defense Forces on the move, after overnight bombardment of Gaza, the Hamas leader

of the October 7th Paraglider attacks killed last night.

The Israelis destroyed underground Hamas bases and supplies, 150 locations destroyed.

Israeli tanks and armored vehicles are rolling into Gaza.

This obviously an escalation in the Israeli retaliation against Hamas.

And I Israeli pro-Palestinian demonstrations in various cities, tens of thousands in

New York, London, and around the globe in the streets, making clear in the United States

in Europe that Henry Kissinger is right.

We've brought in far too many people who don't share our culture, our heritage, our beliefs,

and our values.

The gunman who killed 18 people wounded 13 others in Maine was found dead of a self-inflicted

gunshot to the head.

His body found not far from the recycling plant where he had once worked.

In politics, President Trump maintaining his historic polling numbers as the presumptive

nominee for the Republican Party, 40 to 50 points over the field of challengers and big

mega-donors are reportedly returning to Trump, because they want among other things to

back a winner.

The first presidential primary kicks off the 2024 election season in Iowa in January.
