Hello everybody. I'm John Fawcett with this Great America show Midday Update for Tuesday,

November 26th. The Biden Department of Justice looking to pull the

wool over the eyes of Americans just one last time. The Biden DOJ moved on election night to cover

up an alleged solar energy scandal that cost taxpayer hundreds of millions of dollars.

This story, folks, has tentacles that go back not just through the Biden administration, but all the way back to the Obama administration.

And it could be something that jeopardizes the broader green energy agenda and the futures of the leftist solar project on federal lands.

At least one Congresswoman is already formerly pressing the DOJ for answers, and more members of Congress are likely to get involved very soon.

Could even have major implications for the incoming administration's energy policy.

On November 5th, at 520 Eastern Time, less than an hour before the first polls closed, and when

it had to become clear from the exit polling that the Democrats were probably losing the election,

attorney with the Department of Justice email lawyers for the plaintiffs in a Quintam lawsuit

aimed at recouping significant losses that the taxpayers allegedly incurred from a failed

solar plan in Nevada. A Quintam lawsuit is when a private plaintiff sues on behalf of the

U.S. government to recoup

taxpayer dollars, often alleging fraud, misuse, or theft of taxpayer dollars.

Email from the DOJ stated that when plaintiffs started hearing through the grapefines as the

election neared and had become clear that Harris campaign was in trouble, the email said that

the DOJ intended to dismiss a lawsuit that had previously
