| 1:05.8 | Miami on 37 felony counts related to mishandling classified documents and that he took from the White House to his Florida home. |
| 1:14.4 | They included willful retention of national defense information, making false statements, and conspiring to obstruct justice. |
| 1:21.8 | Of course, Judge Eileen Cannon down in Florida dismissed that case, but Smith's office, of course, filed an appeal. |

| 1:58.7 | election. I'm not entirely sure why he would have been tried for that or brought any charges in the first place. |
