Hello everybody. I'm John Fawson with this Great America show Midday update for Monday, March 30th. Happy Monday, folks. I hope you all had a great weekend. And I hope you had your chance to stop by in your local big city, the No Kings rally. You know, the ones or the Marxist Dems absolutely meltdown and they cry together about the big bad orange man.

Yeah, the No Kings movement began back in June in 2005 and has grown through three major mobilization rounds, one on June 14th of 2025, one on October 18th of 2025, and most recently

over the weekend, March 28th, 26.

Organizers described it as a coalition of more than 270 partner

organizations and decentralized movement driven by volunteers. Permanent records and financial

investigators, however, suggest it's more structured than organizers claimed. You know, you go out

there and you think it's just a bunch of freaks who have nothing else to do, have no jobs, you know, no family to spend with on their on their Saturdays or Sundays.

It's very sad to see that these people have truly no lives.

The Supreme Court is set to hear landmark case that could end birthright citizenship in the loophole

and cripple the anchor baby industry.

They're set to hear oral arguments next week in a constitutional showdown over President

Trump's executive order that would end the automatic birthright citizenship for children

who were born in the United States to illegal aliens or parents on temporary visas.

The case at hand, Trump v. Barbera, stands directly from an executive order

numbered 1-4-160 titled Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship, which Trump

signed on his first day back in office. The order directs all federal agencies, including the State

Department, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Social Security Administration to stop issuing citizenship documents such as passports and social security numbers

to any child born on American soil unless at least one parent is a U.S. citizen or a green card

holder. Children born to parents who are here illegally or on temporary visas, such as students or work visas or tourist visas or otherwise subject to not full U.S. jurisdiction would no longer qualify for automatic citizenship under the 14th Amendment Citizenship Clause. That makes sense, right? The order explicitly interprets the phrase, quote, subject to the jurisdiction

thereof to exclude those whose parents owe primary allegiance to a foreign country. Supreme Court

granted review in December after multiple lower courts, including the federal district judges and

appeals courts, issued nationwide injunctions blocking the policy, although our courts have ruled so
