Joe Biden's big boy press conference was a major failure.

Some Dems even fashioned it as his last hope to persuade voters that he is all there.

All there he is not.

Let's recap some of Biden's biggest moments on the big stage last night.

Perhaps we'll start with Biden directly contradicting himself in the matter of less than a minute.

Biden telling the audience he had no interest in talking with Vladimir Putin, and just 50 seconds

later, he said he's ready to talk with anybody, including Vladimir Putin.

I'm not ready to talk to Putin.

I'm prepared to talk to any leader who wants to talk, including if Putin called me

he wanted to talk.
