President Biden's $39 billion student loan forgiveness plan faces a new lawsuit.

The Cato Institute, a new civil liberties alliance, suing the Biden regime today to cancel

the $39 billion Biden wants for 800,000 borrowers.

The organization's accused the Biden regime of abuse of power, asking a federal court

to block the plan.

The Marxist-run Department of Education called the lawsuit, quote, a desperate attempt

from right-wing special interests to keep hundreds of thousands of borrowers in debt.

In quote.

And a federal judge has dealt a humiliating blow to Marxist-Dimm special counsel Jack Smith.

Judge Eileen Cannon, the judge presiding of the Trump-Marilago documents case, issued

a brief today slapping down multiple requests from the junkyard Marxist-Dimm special counsel.

Judge Cannon denied the DOJ's request for sealed filings, striking two from the record.

Cannon also requested additional information from the prosecutors regarding their continued

use of an out-of-state grand jury for the special counsel which he used to investigate

the case and bring charges.

Cannon wrote this in her brief, quote,

The special counsel states in conclusion returns that the supplement should be sealed

from public view to comport with grand jury secrecy.

But the motion for leave and the supplement plainly fail to satisfy the burden of establishing

a sufficient legal or factual basis to warrant sealing the motion and supplement.
