I'm Lou Dobbs with the Great America Show midday update for January 6th, an exchange of artillery

fire on the Korean Peninsula that after North Korea's Kim Jong-un shell disputed territory

in South Korea, prompting a return of fire by the Republic of Korea.

A lot happening on this the third year anniversary of the January 6th Capitol Hill demonstrations in riot, judicial watch on behalf of January 6

protester Ashley Babbitt filing a $30 million dollar wrongful death and negligence lawsuit against the federal government

over the Capitol Hill police shooting of the Air Force veteran.

The lawsuit claims her killer, Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd had a record of incompetence,

revocations of his firearm privileges for prior dangerous incidents, including unjustified firing of his handgun,

leaving his pistol in a public bathroom,

had his police power suspended more than once

for failing to keep up with his firearm proficiency

training. The corrupt DC federal courts claiming now that even passive

conduct by those January 6 protesters can be considered disorderly

conduct. That makes sense doesn't it in this Orwellian Biden age? DC

appellate court judge Karen LaCraft, Henderson, ruled that even though the protester

Russell Alfred was admittedly neither violent nor destructive, that he could be guilty of disorderly conduct and the appellate judge

refused to overturn his one-year prison sentence for simply being part of the

crowd and for four mis-demeanors.

This is outrageous and the Marxist-dim judiciary in this country

has to be held accountable for their savage abuse of power

against American citizens.
