I'm Lou Dobbs with the Great America Show midday update for Tuesday, February 13th.

First of all, Joe Biden's having a health examination.

His doctor, Kevin O'Connor, is not, though, advising him to undergo a neurological exam or cognitive

test, just because he's so obviously smart as a whip sharp on the uptake, flawless in his speeches and news conferences.

For crying out loud the man can't get up the steps to a stage by himself, or down, he trips,

stumbles up and down the stairs to Air Force One.

He now enters and exits the back of the plane,

and the Special Counsel doesn't recommend prosecuting Biden because he is in the judgment of the Special

Council, so obviously non-Kampos Mentis and notes that Biden's memory is shot.

He's often unaware whether he's president or vice president.

In this country we don't prosecute the mentally ill. No jury would convict such an

enfeebled person. Why would any honest concern doctor even imagine that a cognitive

test would be needed for such an exemplary specimen of robust health?

The Senate passed that $95 billion foreign aid bill, 60 billion of it for Ukraine.

We might call it the Ukraine bill.

These are crazy people in the U.S. Senate. Don't they know they're not going up against just

Vladimir Putin but also Tucker Carlson? Putin does appear to be in robust health I must say, even though the CIA has had him at death's door

from almost the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Now I'm not saying our intelligence agencies would lie to us. But there is just that one little slip

up in which 51 intelligence veterans told all of America that Hunter Biden's laptop was

Russian disinformation and altered the outcome of the

2020 election.
