This is Lou Dobbs with the Great America Show midday update for Wednesday, December 6.

ousted former Speaker Kevin McCarthy all the way out at the end of this year.

His departure had been rumored for weeks he's retiring from Congress a year before the end of his term,

which means Governor Gavin Newsom will call a special election to replace him.

No word on what McCarthy plans to do, but my bet is he'll be a hybrid lobbyist

strategist. Just guessing. But it does seem to be a popular path. The junkyard

Marxist Jackle Special Counsel Counsel added again yesterday trying to hide evidence from President Trump.

The judge shot down Jack Smith on that and today the Special Counsel wants to introduce new evidence against President Trump

that hasn't been charged in the indictment that Smith brought against Trump.

There's a reason I call him a junkyard Marxist.

He has the ethics of a junkyard attack dog, and that's why

Attorney General Merrick Garland put him on Trump's case. Smith wants to tell a jury about

Trump's earlier statements about the elections of

2012 and 2016 that Trump said were also rigged. I hope the judge allows it. It just

shows what a rapid partisan this guy is. Democrats by the

dozens complaining about the election of 2016 being rigged, he'll look like

the Marxist-Hacked tool that he is.
