This is Lou Dobbs of the Great America Show Midday Update for December 21st.

Turns out Special Counsel Jack Smith may have no authority to act as Special Counsel.

Former Attorney General Ed Meese and others say Merrick Garland unlawfully

appointed Smith and didn't have the authority to do so, that Congress created no such offices such as Special Counsel and has not done so.

And if they had, the President would be required to appoint them, not an attorney general,

and his appointment would require confirmation by the Senate, none of which has occurred.

Depending on the Scotis decision,

everything Smith has done to this point

would be thrown out.

And I see no other way the court could rule

unless corruption has seized the high court as well as the rest of the federal

government.

one of the scholars whose work was plagiarized by Harvard President,

Claudine Gay. She's Dr. Carol Swain, and by the way, Harvard now calls plagiarism duplicative language. Can you believe that?
