Hello, everybody. I'm John Fawcett with this Great America Show Midday Update for Wednesday,

December 11th. FBI director, Christopher Ray, on his way out the door. After weeks of careful

thought, Christopher Ray says he decided the right thing for the Bureau is for him to serve until

the end of the current administration in January and then step down. Ray saying, quote, my goal is to keep the focus

on our mission. This indispensable work you've been doing on behalf of the American people every single

day. In my view, this is the best way to avoid dragging the bureau deeper into the fray while reinforcing

the values and principles that are so important to how we do our work. Huh, Christopher Ray, that's very interesting because he's been at the root and the heart of almost

every single thing corrupt in this country, whether it be the unlawful raid on President

Trump's Mar-a-Lago or the taking advantage of the January 6th political hostages.

I mean, you can literally go down the list

in the litany of things that Christopher Ray has done wrong in this country to undermine democracy

and to undermine his bureau. So I would say good riddance, but I don't have a nice thing to say

to Christopher Ray because he's just a terrible man. But we have Cash Patel coming in, so things might look a little

better come January. And known convicted sex offender Anthony Weiner, that New York Democrat,

who's known for doing some weird things with young girls, the pedophile, is what we call him,

is planning another political comeback filing for a run for office in New York.

The former congressman who was forced to resign his seat over his sexting scandal, was later convicted

of sexting a minor, had filed to run for a seat for the New York City Council.

Weiner seemingly confirmed his decision to run on X with the post that read Mr. Moneybags over here.

His comments appear to be sarcastic reference to the fact that the campaign has so far received

$0 in contribution.

Makes perfect sense because who would want to contribute to a pedophiles campaign?
