Hello everybody. I'm John Fawson with this Great America show Midday Update for Tuesday, December 10th.

Fullen County, DA, Fannie Willis finding herself in the news again. This time is for defaulting

for refusing to hand over documents in an open records lawsuit. Fonnie Willis refused to answer a

public records lawsuit seeking records of her communications with special counsel Jack Smith.

Earlier this year, conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch asked the Superior Court of Fulton County to declare a default judgment against Fon Willis after she refused to respond to its lawsuit related to communications she had with Jack Smith and the sham January 6th committee.

Last year, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan launched an investigation into whether Fulton County District D.A., Willis,

coordinated with federal officials during her years-long probe into President Trump and his associates.

Chairman Jordan, of course, in his letter to Willis, requesting all documents and communications between or among the Fulton County District's

Attorney's Office, the DOJ, and its components, including but not limited to the Office of the

Special Counsel of Jack Smith, referring to or relating to the office's investigation of Donald Trump.

Willis is just a bad person.

I think that's what it comes down to at the end of the day.

And I think truth, justice, and the American way will eventually prevail against that

bad, bad person.

Senator Froghorn, Leghorn, Mitch McConnell, taking a fall during his Senate lunch today.

There's concerns to the outgoing Republican leader Mitch McConnell as issues are starting to pile up.

Punchball news reporting that Mitch McConnell took a fall during a GOP lunching and medical staff

was sent to his office, EMS was sent to his office to check him out.

No word yet on how he's doing or if he was seriously injured.

But I think it's time for Mitch McConnell to retire and head off into retirement

and let the younger generation take over because he's clearly not all there anymore.
