0:06.0	It's official. The Gallup poll not only shows Joe Biden to be the least popular president
0:12.1	in 70 years, but his numbers are now eight points
0:16.4	below President Trump's approval rating at the same point in his presidency.
0:22.2	In fact, with six months till the election, President Biden is
0:26.7	pulling worse than any previous president running for a second term.
0:30.8	George H.W. Bush owns the next lowest approval rating at this
0:35.3	point in his presidency, but still three points above Biden's and yes Bush
