Inside the Birds is back.

What's going on, everybody, Jeff Mosher and Adam Kaplan here for another edition of Inside the Birds.

As we're about two weeks into training camp.

So what we're going to do is call this our mid-camp progress report.

We have a lot of updates on a lot of players.

And we're going to get this statement out right from the get-go.

These are going to be observations, not from Adam and I.

We've been to practices, but we hit up the sources this week.

We want to tell you who's doing well, who could be doing better, what's the team thinking

based on sourcing.

So what we're going to say today in this podcast, what we're going to do is deliver

the sourcing straight to you and we'll put a table on what Adam and I saw. Because as we say all

the time, Adam, you would co-sign with this. Sure, we think that we're pretty good. We think that our

eyes don't deceive us. But when you see stuff in real time, it's great to

observe that, but it's really what the tape shows you afterwards, where you see everything. We don't

get, we don't have advantage. We're not privy to the tape. So our sources are and they'll give

you a way better idea and picture of what's going on than just our four set of eyes trying to do the same.

So everything we've got today is from sources, and we'll probably do this again maybe a week from now.

And as we do anyway, at the end of camp, certainly.

But we thought now would be a good time, Adam, right?

Because the Eagles just had their practice at the link on Monday night, right?

And it was 30,000 people, man.
