Hey, everybody! Well, hi, friends! Well, from Gorgeous Springtime in Salt Lake City, Utah. It's Thank God I'm Atheist. The podcast. I'm Frank Feldman. And I'm Dan Beecher.

0:30.1

And coming up on the show today, Dan, there are accusations of flying about anti-Christian bias in Hollywood production.

0:41.9

Oh my gosh, it is so prevalent that they have actual examples. So many really, really good examples.

0:51.8

And we also, apparently, strangely, anti-blonde bias, which is also mixed into the whole thing. We'll get to that.

1:00.7

Maybe they're mad because this was written in the Utah-based Mormon-owned newspaper, The Deseret News.

2:15.4

And there have been some interesting shifts. I remember this one. I found a fairly recent one

2:20.9

from a number of years ago, from 2017, where, you know, us atheists and Muslims were just like bottom

2:30.8

of the list. No, everybody was like, those guys fucking suck. Well, things have kind of moved

2:38.8

around a little. And at the end of 2022, Muslims and atheists were no longer at the bottom of the list.

2:48.8

We're fairing, okay. And we are. And this is important. We're fairing better than the Mormons.

2:58.3

By the fair margin. Some key takeaways from the poll. The survey found that 35% of Americans express

3:10.5

vary or somewhat favorable attitudes toward Jews, while 6% express unfavorable attitudes.

3:18.9

Americans overall also express more favorable than unfavorable attitudes toward mainline

3:25.2

Protestants. 30% favorable versus 10% unfavorable. And Catholics, they were in the same boat,
