0:04.0	To bake a potato in the microwave, first wash it under running water with a vegetable brush or your hands.
0:10.0	Pat it dry with a paper towel.
0:12.0	Puncture four holes in the potato with the tip of a sharp knife to allow the steam to escape.
0:17.0	Otherwise, the potato may explode when you cook it.
0:20.0	Place the potato on a microwave safe dish, then put the dish into the microwave.
0:23.6	One, 7 to 8 ounce potato takes about 7 minutes to cook.
0:27.6	Two will take about 11 minutes.
0:29.6	If your microwave has a potato button, press that and the moisture sensors in the oven will determine the cooking time.
0:36.6	Now let the potato rest for a few minutes to finish cooking.
0:40.4	The potato is cooked when a knife slides easily into it.
0:43.4	You should be able to squeeze the potato without too much resistance.
0:46.8	Slice the top with a knife, place a folded paper towel over the potato,
0:50.7	and give it a bash with your fist to break apart the fibers. Give it a squeeze and it should be nice and fluffy. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
