This is the Daily Tech News for Wednesday, June 3rd, 26. We're here to tell you what you need to know, give you some important context and try to help each other understand.

0:19.1

Today, Microsoft launches an operating system for agents

0:22.6

based on Android. That is not a sentence I was predicting this year. I'm Tom Merritt. And I'm Sarah

0:28.3

Lane. Let's start with what you need to know with the big story. So while we were recording

0:34.5

yesterday's show, Microsoft was continuing in its two and a half hour

0:38.2

March through its Microsoft build keynote. And a few more interesting things came out of it

1:28.9

And then it uses agents to create the interface on the fly as needed. Whatever device you're

1:34.7

using, it'll create an interface for it so they don't have to design one. They call this

1:38.7

just-in-time UI. And to be clear, Microsoft does not have any shipping products yet. It is just getting the jump

1:46.9

on sharing what it's developing. Microsoft has two working prototypes that it showed off that run

1:53.0

Project Solaris OS. The OS, by the way, is called the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform, or
