Well those Microsoft earnings, as you mentioned Carl, taking a toll on the broader

indices this morning with the NASDAQ on pace for its worst day so far this year.

Now nearly 25% removed from its most recent

52 week high with that three week wind streak liking looking likely to end.

See names like Data Dogs Snowflake, Asana, MongoD, a bunch of other in enterprise tech

caught up in that post- Microsoft Wake. Alphabet was the biggest drag on the Nasdaq yesterday.

Down 2% on the heels of that DOJ lawsuit over its

ad business which we will certainly be getting into later now another drop

this morning though is big tech gets hit early the other earnings piece of the

puzzle of course is Tesla that is today after the bell against the backdrop of Elon Musk's court appearances right here in San Francisco this week.

That stock down with the rest of the market, but up more than 30% already since the start of the year.

The street is expecting record results tonight, John.

Well, D, let's start with Microsoft. Chairs are lower this morning, but off the lows, despite an EPS beat the reason is really the

guide it comes down to not only the revenue forecast with the indications about what's going to happen

for Azure looking forward and CMBC technology
