you know that I have struggled with depression and anxiety, and it definitely

comes and goes in waves. And even just a year ago, I would have never imagined that I would be

able to host a conversation with incredible people and even just be in the place that I am and be

surrounded by the people that I'm surrounded by and have each and every one of you as

a listener that comes back every week. So anyway, I'm starting to get sappy again. I was sappy in last

week's episode too with the whole like two year anniversary of 8020 situation. But my heart is

truly just so, so full. And I cannot thank you guys enough for everything that you've done for me.
