Today we're meeting the micro bakers, the growing band of men and women around the UK who are supplementing their

incomes or even making a living producing grape bread. You'll find them selling

their bread from their kitchen doors at markets and car boot sales in cafes and local delis

anywhere they can find. Some are using fridges and then oven space in local restaurant kitchens.

Some are working out of freight containers and houseboats.

More are producing just from their own kitchen ovens.
