All right, you guys, this is going to be something different today.

I am hopefully at the doctor right now getting cleared to walk again.

And starting out with walking and then hopefully we're going to build on that.

I had indicated to some people that I think there's a lot of, when I interview people,

there's a lot of people that say, I just let my running go and I'm out of

the running world now. And I was thinking that might be a good opportunity for them to get back

into the running world through me getting back into the running world, hopefully, knock what.

So I'm thinking about doing coaching calls, going from being able to walk one mile all the way to wherever

it is that it leads me and adding that as a special little addition.

I don't know why I'm telling you this.

This has nothing to do with this episode.
