Well, it's another edition of the Shady Anything Podcast 2 in one week, Andy Martino alongside Doug Williams.

You notice how I introduced myself as you and you as me.

I was so busy staring at my phone, even though I'm not technically a millennial. It was

millennial type behavior that I didn't listen to you thoroughly. It was funny. Right before we

started taping the podcast, Andy said that he, sorry, Andy just did tweet a photo of me and it looks like my arm goes on forever.

He called me the man with an infinite arm.

Andy said that he listened to the podcast we recorded on Monday on his way into work today.

Might as well have been recorded 100 years ago.

And we did say, in fairness to us in our first episode this week, that

it was going to be outdated, pretty much no matter what happened. And what did happen was Brody

came out and spoke at 345 on Monday after the sweep against the Marlins and basically said that Mickey has their support and he used

the phrase for the foreseeable future. What in your opinion might that mean for both Brody and his

potential search or lack thereof for a manager and Mickey moving forward? I can do one better.

I can talk about what I know about that just now.

Oh.

I just got an interesting text that relates to this.

So what I know is Mickey Callaway is still the Mets manager,

and the Mets had a real decision to make as it relates to that.

Thank God our reporting wasn't wrong on Monday because that would have been embarrassing.

But what we heard after Sunday and discussed on the Monday podcast was that Mickey Calloway was safe for now.

Brody Van Wagon, in a few hours after he recorded that podcast, held, of course, a press conference and said that foreseeable future comment
