2025 continues with one of the most intriguing teams of 2025,

the Michigan Wolverines National Championship in 2023.

Jim Harbaugh leaves thrown more awkward timing in terms of replacing Harbaugh,

dealing with the roster, filling out of staff.

They end up having a great defense and an essentially non-functional offense,

yet still beat Ohio State, and then beat Alabama,

a pretty much full-strength Alabama team in the Relia Quest Bowl.

And oh, by the way, they get the number one quarterback prospect in America, Bryce Underwood.

And Ari, all of a sudden, things look very different.

Yeah.

So Michigan is one of the more fascinating teams to me because of this overarching question.

And you know, I'm big picture guy.

So deal with this, okay?

Michigan, we can both agree, did one of the most remarkable things that anybody has done in my lifetime in college football,

the way they assembled their 2023 roster.

Lightning all came together.

It struck with force.

And those players won a national championship during a time in which you had to recruit,

or I thought you had to recruit at a certain level ever to even think you could do that.

Now the sport has shifted and Michigan has shifted with it.
