I think a lot of people would have thought. But Michigan is your national champions, 69, 63. Look at that. They got a race to 69 in there for Tate on the last game of the year.

First championship for Michigan since 89.

First Big Ten school to win a title since 2000, which is crazy.

And Dusty May wins and it's just his second season.

But Brie, I don't know, strange game.

Michigan really won with their defense. It was, I don't know. You love this game, though. I liked it. Look, I liked the way the kids were playing. I mean, it was really hard fought battle. The one thing that made it a little ugly, obviously, the shooting on the one side of the rim was bad, right? I mean, Michigan couldn't hit a shot in the first half of three.

Yukon couldn't hit a shot in the first half, a three.

Yukon couldn't hit a three in the second half.

But there's definitely, I was saying this, and people have complained,

people complained about this more on the girl's side of the tournament,

but definitely something with the rims, the balls are a little too hard.

Because you notice, like, anything that touches the rims, the balls are too, a little too hard. Because you notice, like, anything that touches the rim slightly hard, there's no give

on that rim.

And you could see, even in the final four and in that championship, how many shots, like,

kind of easier layups are missed.

I know they're tough because they're being defended by three or four guys. I mean, Michigan especially, like their guards came and helped. I mean, they were so good around the basket defensively, but a lot of easy shots missed, but I enjoyed it. I thought it was like, I thought everybody was playing their ass off. Yeah, Parlay Kid, that's what Brian and I were texting last night, that it wasn't even just, we saw a lot of clanks, a lot of missed threes, but even layups that seemed would just kind of roll off the rim. And I guess it is part of that, you know, these are arena games, biggest game in the season. I don't think it's just nerves, but it was, it was strange. You don't want to just put it on these on these rims, but I told Brie,

it's almost like if you're going to live by it, you're going to die by it because Yukon

got by Illinois because of a ton of missed threes that seemed to just clank off. So I don't
