Because what we have learned is the NCAA penalties for Michigan's sign stealing scandal.

The NCAA likes to call it the impermissible scouting scheme in the Michigan football program. And so among the

different levels of penalties that we have, we have four years of probation. We have some pretty

significant financial penalties that if you add them all up, the big final bill is about

$20 million. No, no, no, no, no, no, it's higher than that. A big final bill is about $20 million.

The big, okay, we'll get into that in just a little bit. We've got 14 weeks of probation when it comes to recruiting, a 25% reduction in official visits, an eight-year show cause order
