On today's episode of the college football inquirer, we take a little victory lap over our

predictions for the Michigan sanctions.

We talk about a 28 team college football playoff that hopefully will never happen.

We talk about one university athletic director sounding the alarm to his board about what is coming in the future,

a rigged ranking at ESPN and four new national titles for one particular school that they didn't

win yesterday. All of this on the College Football Enquirer.

I am here with Ross Delinger and Stephen Godfrey.

And we have much to talk about.

But first I want to let Ross, mostly Ross.

I think he did the heavy lifting on this.

Because on Thursday's show, we said the Michigan sanctions are coming out on Friday,

but we're just going to predict it and you can laugh at us if we're wrong or if we're right,

then you'll get the discussion.

Well, guess what?

Ross Dillinger nailed it. That's the only thing I got hammered, by the way, Ross,

because everyone's like, they're going to get hammered. You don't get hammered unless you can't

play in the postseason or you can't play on TV, and

nobody got hammered. No, nobody got hammered. And I know that was to the disappointment of

much of the college sports fan base that doesn't reside in Ann Arbor. But that's what happened,

right? The NCAA decided to go with financial penalties, which were historic and, and probably going to amount to 35 million or more, more dollars. Um, but, uh, as you said, Andy, you know, no, no, no postseason ban, no vacated championship. No, no sort of scholarship reductions, what they're kind of moving away from all of that sort of in this new era.
