And welcome, folks. A new podcast venture here on The Michigan Insider. This one is called the Michigan

Recruiting Insider. For ever since we began this joint venture when Scout was absorbed by 24-7 and,

you know, our crew got together with Steve Lorenz and Zach Shaw immediately I began getting messages from people say,

Hey, when are you guys going to get together and, you know, do some sort of project together?

When are you and Steve going to be on the radio together?

All those requests have been coming for some time and all that while have been planning on doing something like this and

finally here it is and so steve lorence uh welcome to the michigan recruiting insider man it's

uh it's long overdue as i say people asked right away it only took us what three

two three years it took a while but no we're here, this is going to be fun. I'm excited.

You know, I know Zach and I do recruiting every once in a while. I think it'll be nice to maybe put

that on the back burner as far as him and I go and discuss recruiting with us, you know,

that's pretty much what we are into most of the time.

So excited for it.

And then Bryce Marriage. People don't know the story of Bryce Marriage.

So Bryce, I first learned the name Bryce Marriage when he was in, I want to say, middle school.

Isn't that right, Bryce?

Or you would call the recruiting roundup and ask recruiting questions?

That's correct. That's correct. That's how it went. He said, man, I want to do this.

I want to get into covering recruiting. And you got a few internship opportunities with us along

the way. I know with Allen and then Wisconsin, and then now, when you talk about

grinders, grinders, people who grind it out, covering recruiting, on social media, all the time,

going places, and working the room, working the crowd. Bryce, that's you. That's you now.
