that has been vacated by letting go of Matt Weiss, whatever you're willing to share on that.

So Kirk Campbell is somebody that Clayton has talked about a lot, an analyst at Michigan

and has done a great job and is considered one of the up-and-comers in the profession,

according to On 3.

So that's kind of exciting.
