Greetings, everyone. Welcome back to those of you who were on for the postgame show we did from the Rose Bowl.

Thanks for being patient. Thanks for hanging with us. We did the Q&A earlier. Now we're back.

Anthony Broom here with former Michigan defensive lineman Ryan Van Buren, who was also at the Rose Bowl.

Part of the delays that we both had our fair share of issues getting back to

where we are for the night, but no one wants to hear from me. They heard me blabble for about 20 minutes

earlier. So, Ryan, I'll just start with this. How awesome was that for you? Just take us through

that whole experience. Well, I feel like I have six months of my life that I'll never get back because it's just

much stress I feel like I experience there in the stands.

But I mean, what an amazing team.

What an amazing story.

We didn't play our best football today.

I think we can probably agree that offensively we didn't play our best. Special

teams was everything but a disaster. And for us to still be in the game, I kept telling my wife,

we're on our baby moon here, expecting number two in June. And so we spent the weekend together

and I'm looking at her and just kept saying, I don't know how we're this close. We shouldn't

really even be in this game, you know, with some of the mishaps that we had. You know, we have a trip play, a flea flicker that takes us out of field goal range and we miss that field goal. We miss an extra point. You know, we have so many things that in a game versus Alabama and a game versus one of the best teams in the country, you make these mistakes, you lose the game.

And everybody knows that. But this team showed tremendous resilience and consistency and just grit and hurt.

I mean, that was a, that was not a beautiful football game, but the end result was absolutely beautiful.

Not a doubt in my mind. That's the best game I've ever witnessed, best game I've ever been a part of.

Couldn't be more excited for this team and what they were able to persevere through to get this win.

I mean, this was, you know, in a lot of ways, maybe Michigan's the game, maybe their B-minus game.
